Советская армия готова навсегда закрыть вопрос с капитализмом на планете, в то время как Американцы прикладывают все усилия, что бы изгнать вражеских солдат со своей земли и оставаться преданными демократии. В игре Strategy and Tactics сражения будут происходить на разных континентах и странах: Аляске, Мексике, Канаде и даже в Антарктиде. А так же будет доступен сценарий по уничтожению остатков Третьего рейха на Южном полюсе.
