In a game-like setting, kids learn to identify and manage difficult emotions, relieve stress and anxiety, improve concentration, soothe themselves to sleep, and practice kindness. The app offers guided meditations for breathing, sleep, focus, and emotions, music with binaural beats, lullabies, bedtime stories, yoga poses, and positive affirmation cards.
