MathTango: Math Games for Kids

MathTango turns learning math into an exciting adventure for kids aged 5-10. Instead of boring drills, children enjoy hundreds of games where they collect monsters, complete missions, and build unique worlds. The app covers addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across over 40 skill levels.

The learning program adapts to each user: a built-in wizard creates a personalized curriculum based on age and progress. All activities follow Common Core standards, and review levels reinforce what has been learned. Kids explore two worlds—an island for addition and subtraction and a starbase for multiplication and division.

The app is kidSAFE certified and has won multiple awards, including Children's Technology Review Editor's Choice and Mom's Choice Awards Gold. MathTango is ad-free with no in-app purchases, and multiple profiles allow the whole family to learn at their own pace. It works offline and is part of the Piknik subscription.
