The Strong Like a Mother (SLAM) program by Get Mom Strong helps moms rebuild their bodies postpartum and stay strong during pregnancy. Workouts are designed to improve diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, back pain, and more.

Unlike boring rehab programs, SLAM combines science-backed pelvic floor and core exercises with kick-butt, sweat-inducing workouts. You can heal your core and pelvic floor while building muscle and getting the workout endorphins you love.

Founder Ashley Nowe is a certified prenatal and postnatal corrective exercise specialist and a mom of three. After her own struggle with diastasis recti, she dedicated her life to helping women heal. The subscription includes workouts for all levels, pregnancy programs, nutrition tips, and a searchable pelvic health library.
