Shelter is not quite a standard zombie apocalypse game. One of the few, it offers a look at a rather worn-out genre from a different perspective. It is a tabletop card game with a light touch of tower defense. Players are in for an interesting storyline of the main character, which will be told through excellently drawn videos in the style of comics or graphic novels.
There are also very challenging card battles between hordes of the undead and survivors, where the slightest mistake will lead to the character's death. Shelter will definitely appeal to all fans of smart and beautiful games.
