Rally Racer Dirt is a 3D single-player rally racing game. It offers excellent off-road racing where you navigate rough terrain, pull the handbrake, drift, and aim for victory. Unlike other simulators, you control the car by tapping the edges of the screen, with the brake and handbrake pedals positioned on opposite sides for easier corner braking.

There are two game modes: in the first, you must reach a checkpoint before time runs out, while in the second, you need to complete a full lap or multiple laps. You earn money through drifting, which can be spent on purchasing new cars. Each vehicle can be tuned in areas like the gearbox and suspension. For instance, you can shorten the gear ratios to improve acceleration, though this will reduce the top speed. In short, it is a worthy representative of the genre, featuring good graphics, pleasant controls, and solid customization options.
