After waking up, you'll see which Pokémon visited you. The longer and deeper you slept, the higher your chances of finding unique sleep styles. Feed your Snorlax with collected berries to make it grow and attract even rarer Pokémon. The bigger Snorlax becomes, the greater your odds of discovering unusual dreams.

The app also helps you monitor sleep quality. You can learn how quickly you fell asleep, how much time you spent in different stages, and even record if you snored or talked in your sleep. Soothing Pokémon-inspired music and a smart alarm that wakes you during light sleep help you rest your best.

For convenience, you can sync data with smartwatches via Health Connect. Simply place your device near your pillow, and the game starts tracking your sleep. Discover the world of Pokémon even while you sleep!
