PicoPicoMaker+ is a pixel platformer with Mario-like gameplay. It features classic 8-bit graphics and music, simple three-button controls, and familiar blocks, obstacles, and traps, all reminiscent of the original game. The levels are small and designed for challenging completion.

The main highlight is a powerful yet simple level editor. Players can create their own levels using various objects and actions, including detailed adjustments like the spawn frequency of monsters from pipes. Simple blocks, invisible blocks, monsters, portals, and coins are all available. After creating the most difficult level, it can be shared with others for them to try. When not building, there are plenty of user-created levels to explore and enjoy.
