In this game, you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher who must rapidly handle incoming reports. Your task is not just to answer calls but also to react appropriately to the situation: sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, other times police, fire department, or paramedics intervention is necessary. Remember, the person on the other end of the line could be a dying daughter's father, an unpredictable terrorist, or just a prankster. Can you handle all this?

The game offers a Free Play mode where you can choose any city in the world, downloading its map with real streets, addresses, and emergency infrastructure. There's also a Career mode with six cities featuring unique events, such as surviving an earthquake in San Francisco or saving Washington, D.C. from bomb attacks. You have various police, fire, and medical units at your disposal, with different vehicles and equipment.

Key features include over 50 recorded dialogues inspired by real calls, real first aid instructions, more than 140 types of incidents, and 12 types of emergency vehicles. The game requires an internet connection to download maps, but offline play is available after downloading.
